Timber & Tide’s menus put plants at the center of the plate, but we're not a vegetarian restaurant. Instead we flip the meat-focused paradigm to focus on creative, plant-rich cuisine that's both delicious and good for you. We source at least 50% of our ingredients from local farms, ranches, and food artisans.
